We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a team of client advisors and ensure exceptional client experience in our Private Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring workflows and procedures to guarantee high-quality service and compliance with agency standards.

The ideal candidate will drive a client-focused service environment, continuously improve the quality and consistency in the client experience, and coach, supervise, and train colleagues to achieve high performance and an excellent client experience.

High-net worth clientele and carrier experience are preferred. Call Center Experience is also beneficial. The base salary range for this role is $89,600 to $158,300, with additional performance-based incentives available. Please note that the base pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements.
