Client Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our team at The Rockridge Group. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients and drive sales growth.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, and negotiate contracts with potential clients. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue and expand our customer base. To achieve this, you must have exceptional leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ Years' Experience as a Sales Representative, AE, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission structure, and benefits.
