Rise, an award-winning full-service media agency of record, seeks a seasoned VP, Client Partner to lead key client relationships and deliver exceptional omnichannel experiences. As a critical partner in clients' marketing ecosystems, you will interact with senior marketing leaders and leverage your expertise to drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of media channels and marketing strategies, as well as the ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client revenue, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex client environments. With 10+ years of experience in media and client management, you will have a proven track record of success in leading media account teams, coaching cross-functional team members, and driving revenue growth.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead strategic client relationships and develop customized engagement plans
  • Analyze business goals and provide guidance to clients on media and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business impact
  • Manage client P&L, grow revenue, and manage EBITDA expectations
  • Develop and maintain staffing requirements based on client SOWs
  • Ensure client retention through robust relationship review processes and long-term strategic roadmaps
