About the Role:

Larissa Loden Inc. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our e-commerce platform to deliver the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize our e-commerce platform to deliver the best possible user experience, including optimizations to the site for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Own the e-commerce roadmap, including improvements, testing, and campaign/promo event launches, and assist in e-commerce budget management.
  • Manage external e-commerce contractors and vendors.
  • Manage product listings and product detail pages (PDPs), including all meta fields, tags, collections, and merchandising organization on the site.
  • Coordinate solid operations and improvement projects with internal colleagues and external developers.
  • Manage multiple marketplace accounts, including Shopify D2C & B2B, Faire, Shop, and Meta catalogs.
  • Collaborate and manage projects that improve operations (technology, data & analytics, compliance, operating model) for e-commerce.
  • Gather product feedback from customers and partners to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and implement strategies for value creation and profitable growth.
  • Analyze sales and established KPIs and benchmarks.

Performance Dimensions & KPIs:

  • Sales and revenue.
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • E-commerce benchmarks that meet and exceed company standards.
  • Site health and compliance that meets and exceeds company standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce management role, preferably in a DTC business, with a good understanding of customer journeys, platforms/integrations, workflows, and data and analytics.
  • Knowledge of retail e-commerce best practices as it pertains to website management and optimization (front-end, CMS, SEO).
  • Knowledge of Google tools, such as Tag Manager, Shop, and Merchant Center.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in merchandising, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with the platforms Shopify, Klaviyo, Faire, and Airtable or similar project management software.
