Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive comprehensive training across all major operational sectors of the organization.
  • Gain insights into various functions, management perspectives, and organizational policies that influence every aspect of our business.
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to strategize and oversee departmental operations, understanding their impact on the broader organization.
  • Establish performance targets in conjunction with upper management and track progress with key trainers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Secondary Education in Business, Logistics, or Management; or a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in a business setting, emphasizing adherence to policies and procedures, along with a focus on customer service. Previous exposure to business operations or logistics is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in essential office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
