Role Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding diverse construction projects from start to finish. Your project management expertise, leadership abilities, and construction knowledge will be vital in achieving successful project outcomes while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective project coordination.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or deviations from the established plan.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to verify that work is executed according to specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive work environment, mentoring and supporting team members as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
