Position Summary: Are you an experienced leader in the realm of electrical project oversight? We are in search of a Lead Electrical Project Manager to integrate into our partner electrical contracting organization. In this role, you will be tasked with managing complex electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of electrical projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Engage with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Provide mentorship and support to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in senior-level electrical project management
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Proven history of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous
