We are looking for a proficient and seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to guide and oversee IT initiatives at Installed Building Products (IBP). The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the planning and execution of IT projects, crafting detailed project plans, managing changes and risks, and ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of project management methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong organizational capabilities

Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to operate a vehicle and lift light to moderate weights.
