Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding various construction initiatives from start to finish. Your project management expertise, leadership abilities, and construction acumen will be vital in achieving successful project outcomes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Develop and uphold project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or deviations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify that work aligns with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Encourage a cooperative and efficient work atmosphere, mentoring and guiding team members as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
