Position Overview:
Rome Memorial Hospital is in search of a Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in the collection and analysis of various cost and statistical data necessary for the preparation of essential financial reports, including the Institutional Cost Report and Medicare Cost Report.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the comprehensive analysis of third-party reimbursement rates to enhance financial performance.
- Contribute to the development of financial projections that are integral to the hospital's Annual Budget.
- Support the preparation and submission of mandatory surveys related to hospital operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant literature and regulations from various third-party entities and internal hospital resources.
- Aid in the preparation of the hospital's 990 Tax filing.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospital decision support is preferred.
