Job Summary

The Licensed Behavior Analyst will lead the delivery of quality behavior analytic treatment to individuals diagnosed with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. This role will build collaborative partnerships to strengthen supports for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), other developmental disorders, and/or behavioral or pediatric feeding challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and supervise the implementation of assessment and treatments based on behavioral analytic principles.
  • Provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing applied behavior analytic services.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs.
  • Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to make data-based decisions.
  • Ensure the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and intervention plans.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
  • NY License in Behavior Analysis required, or license eligible.
  • 2 Years relevant experience in a related field.
Work Environment

This role may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, or spills or splashes from these substances. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
