Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet and engage with guests, determining their interests and needs to provide a superior guest experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake offerings, including size and flavor profiles, pricing, and special promotions.
  • Suggest additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration, such as balloons, candles, and cards.
  • Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, utilizing our point-of-sale system and inviting guests to join our Email Club for special promotions.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping and dusting of surfaces.
  • Replenish retail merchandise and cake display cases to ensure a strong visual presentation.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Work Availability:

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
