Position: Human Resources Coordinator
Role Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator is tasked with managing both internal and external HR inquiries concerning payroll, benefits, reporting, and compliance audits. This position requires collaboration with the Finance Department to guarantee accurate and timely compensation for employees. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR functions, payroll management, and attendance systems, alongside exceptional communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and reconcile health insurance bills
- Process vendor invoices for payment
- Generate payroll reports and assist in payroll processing
- Ensure tax compliance and setup within ADP systems
- Administer annual salary adjustments for employees
- Oversee attendance tracking systems
- Conduct detailed audits related to HRIS and employee records
- Resolve technical issues within ADP
- Assist staff with HR-related inquiries
- Maintain adherence to employment regulations
- Perform additional HR tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Familiarity with ADP HRIS systems is preferred
- Solid understanding of payroll operations
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Valid US Driver's License
