Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Payroll Administration: Review and process payroll bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate interviews with the recruitment team, onboard new hires, and organize orientations to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate annual performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for growth and development.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
