The Marketing and Business Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our network of referral sources. Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare facilities, clinics, community partners, and physicians.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient admissions, and track and analyze results.
- Marketing and Outreach: Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services, develop and maintain a strong online presence, and engage with key stakeholders through various channels.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions, and members of the business development team to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare/mental health business development/marketing environment is essential.
- Skills: Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
