The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of HR functions, payroll systems, and attendance management, along with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and verify health insurance invoices for accuracy
  • Process vendor invoices for timely payment
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in payroll processing
  • Ensure tax compliance and configuration within ADP systems
  • Administer annual salary adjustments for employees
  • Oversee the time and attendance tracking system
  • Conduct thorough audits related to HR information systems and employee records
  • Resolve technical issues within ADP systems
  • Provide support to staff regarding HR inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations
  • Carry out additional HR tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with ADP HRIS systems is preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of payroll operations
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Valid US Driver's License required
