Position: Human Resources Coordinator

Role Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing both internal and external HR inquiries concerning payroll, employee benefits, reporting, and compliance audits. This position requires collaboration with the Finance Department to guarantee the accurate and timely processing of employee payments. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR operations, payroll systems, and attendance management, complemented by exceptional communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and reconcile health insurance billing statements
  • Process vendor invoices for timely payment
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in payroll processing
  • Ensure tax compliance and configuration within ADP systems
  • Administer annual salary adjustments for employees
  • Oversee the time and attendance tracking system
  • Conduct detailed audits related to HR information systems and employee records
  • Resolve technical issues within ADP systems
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations
  • Perform additional HR functions as required

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with ADP HRIS systems is preferred
  • Solid understanding of payroll procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Valid US Driver's License
