Responsibilities & Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Conduct bi-weekly payroll reviews and adjust personnel policies as necessary.
  • Facilitate interviews for prospective staff in collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate orientation sessions.
  • Assess annual performance evaluations as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
  • An Associate's Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
