Position Overview:

This position focuses on delivering support for both standard and specialized repairs, maintenance, and evaluation of diagnostic imaging technologies. Key responsibilities include preparing imaging studies for digital transmission, executing installations of diagnostic imaging systems, and managing electronic image transfer systems with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fostering strong relationships by providing resources, insights, guidance, and expertise to colleagues. Actively engaging in feedback discussions; offering mentorship to team members. Seeking personal growth opportunities; adapting to changes and demonstrating flexibility in work methods. Ensuring that documentation remains current and managing the inventory of medical device components.
  • Independently applying expertise to create innovative solutions. Collaborating across various teams to address business challenges; overseeing priorities and deadlines. Identifying and executing enhancements for the team. Conducting preventative maintenance on medical apparatus.
  • Carrying out routine inspections and assessments on medical devices; assisting with preventative maintenance activities; responding to maintenance requests as necessary. Staying informed about ongoing maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or certification in Electronic Service or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience in the medical technology field service, or four years in technology field service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Vendor Training Certificate for relevant systems.
