Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and educating potential customers about the value of Verkada's solutions. Your primary goal will be to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify a high volume of cold leads into potential customers
- Understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Verkada can solve them
- Proactively generate meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by positioning the value of Verkada
- Provide accurate lead distribution and thorough discovery to assigned Account Executives
- Use Verkada's systems and sales enablement tools according to company standards; provide metrics on leads
- Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with a desire to advance a career in Verkada's sales organization
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Outreach experience is a plus

Pay DisclosureAt Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. The estimated annual base salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000 USD, with additional forms of compensation, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
