Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing. As a founding TPM hire, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our CEO and GTM Director to design our go-to-market strategy and work closely with our customers to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Account Executive to own the P&L for a customer and balance trade-offs between Hadrian's internal capabilities, current and future business opportunities, and the customer relationship.
  • Hire and train a squad of Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Associates to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
  • Escalate customer needs internally and alert factory operations / software engineering and other teams to support a smooth experience initially and in production.
  • Coach the team through preparing design for manufacturing feedback, empower the team to solicit opinions from internal experts, and facilitate conversations with our customer's engineers.
  • Be ultimately accountable to customer escalations, unblock parts on the factory floor with help from customers, and the squad's data quality when processing orders.
  • Develop and implement business processes, including providing feedback to our software engineering teams, that will scale squad operations and increase team productivity and accuracy.
  • Implement a strategic plan for systematic improvements to the customer scorecard and lead quarterly business reviews with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years proven track record in commercial roles, preferably in defense and aerospace and/or engineering experience in defense and aerospace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other sales tools.
  • Must be able to travel as required.
