Job Overview

Gupta Media is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the full staffing lifecycle, from job posting to closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage applicant pipeline, including resume assessment, interview cycle, and closing process;
  • Act as initial point of contact, promoting the Gupta Media brand and building a candidate relationship;
  • Engage in ongoing candidate sourcing strategies to continuously build our talent pipeline;
  • Ensure a great experience for new hires from Day 1 to their last day, including Day 1 onboarding and ongoing support;
  • Research and engage in recruiting events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment;
  • ATS platform experience such as BambooHR and Lever;
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Strong demonstrated experience in relationship building with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving.
