Recruitment Manager Opportunity at Charles River CFO, Inc.
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team at Charles River CFO, Inc. Our company provides CFO, accounting, tax, and HR services to various industries, including publicly traded, middle market, and venture-backed emerging growth companies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and interviewing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Continuously develop networks to actively build a database of candidates
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting
- Excellent oral/written communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills
