Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes.
- Continuously improve the recruiting process using data and market trends.
- Support HR operations, including administrative processes and office management.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
