Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing employment practices and resources to meet the staffing needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain active recruitment programs using all available resources, including paid advertising, direct-mail marketing, schools, job fairs, and referrals.
- Interview external applicants, verifying factual information and ascertaining career goals, job paths, and educational directions.
- Interview internal employees for transfer/promotion eligibility, coordinating the transfer/promotion process, including salary offers and transfer paperwork.
- Greet office visitors and convey routine information to employees and applicants regarding benefits, policies, and employment opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Two to four years of experience in recruitment, with previous employee relations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of human resources laws and practices, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and MS Office Suite experience required.

Starting at $64,206, up to $81,863 based on experience.
