Amped-Up, a leading sports-focused sales organization, is looking for talented and ambitious Athlete Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Represent Amped-Up and our products/services to potential customers.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, leveraging your athletic background to connect with individuals who share your passion for sports and fitness.
  3. Understand and address customer needs effectively, utilizing your knowledge and experience as an athlete.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  5. Generate new leads and proactively follow up on sales opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve individual and team targets.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to provide customers with the most current information and solutions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  9. Attend industry events, sports tournaments, and trade shows to represent Amped-Up and expand your network.

Requirements:

  1. A background in competitive sports as a high school, college, or professional athlete.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  3. Competitive nature and a drive to achieve targets and surpass expectations.
  4. Confidence and ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and engage customers effectively.
  5. Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  6. Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  8. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
