Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Charles River CFO, Inc. is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Recruitment Manager. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent in the accounting and finance profession.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of identifying and recruiting high-caliber candidates. A CPA or Big 4 accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Source and screen candidates for accounting and finance roles
- Build and maintain relationships with professional networks and associations
- Collaborate with our VP of Business Development to identify talent needs and participate in prospect calls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- CPA or Big 4 accounting experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
