Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment services.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients' needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the recruitment process and candidate progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
