Position Details

Title: Licensed Clinical Team Supervisor (VASH)

Location: West Los Angeles North Campus

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of VASH Case Managers and Peer Specialists.
  • Serve as the Mental Health Treatment Coordinator.
  • Oversee the client screening and intake process for HUD/VASH.
  • Directly supervise staff involved in residential and specialized programs.
  • Review and endorse clients' Individual Housing and Employment Plans (IHEP) and Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP).
  • Ensure compliance with programmatic protocols and maintain service quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and treatment providers.
  • Monitor and manage Case Manager caseloads and client records.
  • Conduct training sessions and facilitate clinical meetings.
  • Implement and oversee accreditation processes.
  • Perform case file reviews and provide guidance to staff.
  • Coordinate discharges and ensure all necessary procedures are followed.
Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. LCSW or LMFT licensure is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of two years in a supervisory role within clinical or case management settings.

Skills: Excellent communication abilities, proficiency in information systems, and a professional demeanor.

Additional Requirements: Must pass a background investigation and qualify for VA credentialing.
