Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience may substitute for formal education
- 2-3 years of management experience in outpatient healthcare settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process optimization
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing a multi-specialty clinic is preferred
Licenses/Certifications Required:
- Completion of Fire Life Safety Training within 30 days of hire, with ongoing renewal required
