We are a rapidly expanding practice looking to welcome a full-time Hybrid Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to our exceptional team.

This role is ideal for BCBAs residing in various locations who desire a predominantly remote position. The schedule consists of three weeks of remote work followed by monthly travel.

As a Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Framework, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and supervising a team of Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through telehealth and in-person sessions
  • Developing and implementing tailored behavior intervention programs based on individual child needs, including behavior acquisition and reduction strategies using ABA principles
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Providing training for parents
  • Offering mentoring, supervision, and support to clients
  • Facilitating clinic meetings as necessary and ensuring effective communication of information to staff and families
  • Participating in weekly update meetings with the Program Director
  • Ensuring contracts and billable hours are completed in alignment with funding sources
  • Overseeing communication with families and staff to ensure program hours are met
  • Delivering consistent case management and collaboration with families and educators within funding requirements

  • Current BCBA license
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience supervising various levels of staff
  • Experience training field staff
  • Familiarity with Systematic Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching
  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessments
  • Experience working with diverse family systems
  • Ability to perform a range of physical activities, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 lbs
