We are a rapidly expanding practice looking to welcome a full-time Hybrid Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to our exceptional team.

This role is ideal for BCBAs residing in various locations who desire a predominantly remote position. The schedule consists of three weeks of remote work followed by monthly travel.

Behavioral Framework comprises a team of behavioral analysts and therapists committed to employing scientific methods to create targeted programs that enhance social skills and improve daily functioning across all life areas. We utilize ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) techniques to craft individualized programs that foster skill development and establish a foundation for independence and improved quality of life for families.

As a Hybrid Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) at Behavioral Framework, you will focus on what you love most – providing therapy. As a Clinical Supervisor at Behavioral Framework, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and supervising a team of Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through telehealth and in-person sessions
  • Developing and implementing tailored behavior intervention programs based on individual child needs, including behavior acquisition and reduction strategies using ABA principles
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Providing training for parents
  • Offering mentoring, supervision, and support to clients
  • Facilitating clinic meetings as necessary and ensuring effective communication of information to staff and families
  • Participating in weekly update meetings with the Program Director
  • Ensuring contracts and billable hours are completed in alignment with funding sources
  • Overseeing communication with families and staff to ensure program hours are met
  • Delivering consistent case management and collaboration with families and educators within funding requirements

  • Current BCBA license
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Experience supervising various levels of staff
  • Experience training field staff
  • Familiarity with Systematic Teaching, Verbal Behavior, and Naturalistic Environment Teaching
  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland standardized assessments
  • Experience working with diverse family systems
  • Ability to perform a range of physical activities, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 lbs
