Our Clinical Nutrition Department is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Supervisor to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nutrition Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, and manage the operations of the clinical nutrition team. Key duties include assigning tasks and supervising clinical dietitians and nutrition and dietetics technicians. You will establish and uphold policies, standards, and programs to ensure optimal, cost-effective patient care. Responsibilities also include monitoring clinical dietetic performance to ensure safety, efficacy, and adherence to evidence-based practices. You will create a framework for collecting and publishing clinical outcomes research, implement cost control measures, and participate in budget planning and achieving budgetary goals.

*$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualifications

Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian in an acute care environment.
At least two (2) years of demonstrated supervisory experience leading Clinical Dietitians.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within set timelines, along with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in mentoring and training staff in daily computer applications.
Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop growth plans.

Must possess a solid understanding of Title XXII, OBRA, and Joint Commission standards as they pertain to clinical nutrition services.


Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field is required.
A Master's degree or certifications such as Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, Certified Specialty in Pediatrics, or Certified Diabetes Educator are strongly preferred.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certification as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required.

Base Pay:
$68.53
