Client Overview:

Our client is a distinguished law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services. They are currently in search of a committed and skilled Legal Administrative Coordinator to enhance their Administrative team.

Compensation:

$20/hr - $22/hr

Position Summary:

The firm is looking for a proficient and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Coordinator to support their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of legal terminology, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for attorneys and paralegals.
  • Draft legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and motions.
  • Perform legal research and maintain organized records.
  • Handle phone inquiries, respond to questions, and welcome clients.
  • Enter and monitor case-related information in appropriate management systems.
  • Assist in trial preparations, including the organization of evidence and exhibits.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal support role.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and legal management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
Educational Background:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Legal secretary certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
