Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Brockton Area Multi-Servi. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our President & CEO, EVP, Strategy & Development, and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the President & CEO's calendar and email, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  2. Assist the EVP, Strategy & Development with high-level administrative tasks, including preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and official correspondences.
  3. Support the Board of Directors, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining all board documents.
  4. Track and archive documents and forms for the CEO and Board of Directors.
  5. Provide high-level research and support on special projects, including project management, data preparation, and presentation.
  6. Coordinate workflow, schedules, projects, and committee decisions to ensure timely completion of paperwork and follow-up services.
  7. Prepare high-level reports, documents, and presentations for all departments.
  8. Oversee the Administrative Support team and ensure EVPs and C-level staff are supported.
  9. Manage the front desk schedule and assist with front desk coverage.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred or minimum 5 years of C-level administrative support experience.
  2. Previous experience working for a not-for-profit and/or health and human services organization preferred.
