Sales Operations Director

About the Role:
Nearly a quarter billion people in over 190 countries enjoy TV series, films and games from Netflix. As part of our Advertising team, we're building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Sales Operations to partner with sales and build a high-performing sales organization that can represent Netflix's offerings to our advertising customers.
About You:
We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in advertising and/or advertising-related fields, or in Sales Operations teams. You'll have deep experience with agency and direct sold sales models, and expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects. You'll be able to prioritize multiple projects, lead and manage a team of individual contributors, and scale a global sales operations team aligned with sales teams.
About the Compensation:
You'll receive an annual salary, and choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off.
