Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Director to join our team at SLT, a rapidly expanding fitness brand in the Northeast. As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive the success of 2 operating studios, fostering a culture of growth and creating an energetic environment.

Sales and Marketing
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow studio revenue and occupancy.
  • Promote membership sales and intro offers to existing and prospective clients.
Client Experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints.
  • Guide new clients through their first SLT experience, including studio tours and machine demos.
Operations and Staff Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring efficient management of staff and resources.
  • Supervise client services team members engaging in product and retail sales, facilities, and customer service needs.
Requirements
  • 30-35 hours per week in Customer Service role per studio.
  • 8 hour shifts of in-studio work; depending on studio needs and staffing levels.
