Director of Sales and Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales and Operations to join our team in Beekman Tower, New York. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales and operations of the tower, driving growth through sales development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Sales and Operations will be responsible for:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strategic planning, including market research and competitor analysis.
- Sales development, account management, and relationship building.
- Operational management, including staffing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in sales, operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sales development, marketing, and property management principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
The estimated salary for this position is $114,300 - $170,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and quarterly success share bonuses.
