Account Executive - Resin Flooring Solutions

Position Summary – Account Executive (Midwest Region)

  • Sales Management
  • New Client Acquisition
  • Market Multiple Suppliers (e.g., PIP, GP, ICP, DuraFlex, Res-Tek, etc.)
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Selling, Ordering Materials, Project Coordination, and Project Closure with Administrative Support

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving growth, revenue, and profitability for Resin Flooring Installations across the Midwest. Key responsibilities include generating customer leads, securing sales within the designated territory, enhancing revenue growth, managing expenses, and developing new client relationships.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional VP to strategize pricing and customer engagement.
  • Build and sustain relationships while providing technical assistance to architects, builders, flooring contractors, and general contractors in the area.
  • Enhance product visibility through presentations, site visits, phone interactions, and email communications.
  • Offer technical support to general contractors, flooring contractors, and architects.
  • Identify and pursue leads for various construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Resinous Flooring sector.
  • Passion for customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Proven success in managing sales, achieving regional financial targets, and implementing necessary changes.
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation capabilities.
  • Skilled in quickly establishing trustworthy relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Proactive in addressing customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
