Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Specialist at Husqvarna Group, you will be instrumental in supporting our network of retailers and dealers. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including merchandising, product setup, marketing strategies, sales training, customer engagement events, trade exhibitions, and managing field-level issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing sales initiatives, merchandising, and marketing strategies at the retail level
  • Develop strong relationships with store managers and staff while addressing any field-level concerns
  • Provide insights on merchandising enhancements and product assortments
  • Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and adhere to planogram standards
  • Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for product sales
  • Represent Husqvarna at trade exhibitions and customer engagement events
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and account managers on retail and dealer activities
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to propose effective solutions
  • Implement strategic initiatives to bolster brand visibility in the marketplace
  • Drive new orders and contribute to overall sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles
  • Must reside within the designated territory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience in high-volume sales industries is advantageous
