Position Summary:

World CopperSmith is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Account Executive to spearhead sales initiatives within a designated area. Following the completion of the initial training phase, this role will offer a base salary complemented by commission, primarily aimed at converting incoming sales inquiries into orders and fostering existing client relationships to boost repeat sales.

Key Duties:

  1. Inbound Sales Engagement:
    • Promptly address incoming sales inquiries and leads through various communication channels.
    • Assess and understand customer requirements to provide customized product recommendations.
    • Clearly articulate the advantages of World CopperSmith's offerings.
    • Successfully close sales and transform leads into orders while achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Development:
    • Build and sustain strong connections with current clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Actively follow up with clients to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Sales Planning and Documentation:
    • Collaborate in crafting and executing a sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet sales objectives.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress and challenges.
  4. Product Expertise:
    • Keep informed about World CopperSmith's product range, features, and benefits.
    • Continuously enhance knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM systems and sales tracking software.

Compensation Structure:

Upon completing a paid training period, you will receive a competitive base salary along with uncapped commission opportunities.
