Sales Growth and Partnership Specialist

In this role as a Sales Growth and Partnership Specialist at Ronco, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 based on performance and experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience developing new business within the communications hardware, security hardware, or audio hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements for Success:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience developing new business within the communications hardware, security hardware, or audio hardware industry
- Demonstrate communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work well independently
- Must exercise the highest level of integrity and professional business acumen
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be detail-oriented and work well under pressure
- Maintain a clean driving record
