About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at DAOmatch. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our enterprise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Onboarding and Support: Provide exceptional support to our partners as they transition from prospective integrations to full partners, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with our partners, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  3. Program Development: Design and implement new programs to enhance our partners' experience, driving engagement and satisfaction with our network and services.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer questions and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success at high-growth technology companies.
  2. Ability to understand and interpret commercial agreements and obligations.
  3. Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer and partner experience.
  4. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  5. Technical skills required, as they relate to the integration and use of the Aptos protocol and network.
  6. Accountability and personal organization are essential.
  7. Experience in and strong market knowledge of the blockchain & crypto industry preferred, but not necessary.
