Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Ignite Industrial Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial workforce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with our operations team to understand client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales prospects and track sales pipeline
  • Engage with local branch teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial staffing or supply chain sector
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
