Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate customer concerns, prepare work orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Select and order parts, prepare written estimates, and present estimates to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Complete basic automotive services, including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, tire mounting, and balancing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures, including key holder responsibilities.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in sales and estimate writing.
  • Entry-level technician skills required (C-tech skillset).
  • One year of experience working with customers and automotive technicians.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in navigating computers and estimating software.
  • Ability to undergo a background check and drug screening.
