We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Paramount Residential Mortgage Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales function and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and train licensed mortgage loan originators and support staff to ensure the success of our sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to originate high-quality loans and drive business growth.
- Lead by example and assume a leadership role among Mortgage Loan Origination staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coach and motivate Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve their production goals and ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and prospects, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships by identifying customer needs and selling appropriate products.
- Maintain a working knowledge of federal, state, and local government policies and guidelines, as well as private investors' policies and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in the real estate and mortgage banking industries, as well as our company's operating policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with our Operations and Secondary Marketing departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Three years or more of management experience in mortgage sales, with a background in operations a plus.
- Minimum three years of related experience within the mortgage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficient in MS Windows software.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics preferred.
- Ability to travel as required.
The salary range for this position is $35,568.00/Yr. to $500,000.00/Yr.
