KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (may include, but are not limited to)

  • Conduct daily outbound sales calls to secure deals and qualify leads.
  • Promptly respond to incoming sales inquiries regarding quotes, products, services, and customer support.
  • Identify, research, and cultivate new client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are informed about our offerings.
  • Assess and validate multi-level application solutions for customers' auxiliary hydraulic kit requirements.
  • Consult with clients to provide application recommendations and accurate quotations.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients through various channels.
  • Utilize CRM software to update customer information and generate quotes.
  • Leverage CRM for prospecting new business and tracking follow-ups while gathering strategic insights.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and support.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify and target new accounts.
  • Capability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 35-50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Punctuality and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
