Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide exceptional support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities.

Schedule: Flexible hours available, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities.
  • Administer basic care, including monitoring vital signs.
  • Ensure the comfort, privacy, and dignity of all individuals.
  • Observe and report any changes in the condition or behavior of residents.
  • Deliver services in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support individuals in accessing community resources and opportunities.
  • Administer medications in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and assessments.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification course.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently climb stairs and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Normal range of eyesight and hearing.
