Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide quality care and support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, feeding, and toileting.
  • Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior to the Program Director.
  • Administer medications according to MAP regulations.
  • Transport individuals to and from medical, recreational, and other activities.
  • Assist with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and care.
Requirements
  • High school graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Successful completion of a Massachusetts-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education that meets state certification requirements.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts and active certified status.
  • Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.
