Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide high-quality support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities.

Schedule: Sundays 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Saturdays 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (20 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with all daily activities.
  • Administer basic care, including vital sign monitoring.
  • Ensure the comfort, privacy, and dignity of all individuals.
  • Observe and report any changes in condition or behavior.
  • Deliver services in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Help individuals access resources and community opportunities.
  • Administer medications according to regulations.
  • Maintain detailed progress notes and assessments.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification course.
  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification in Massachusetts.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent stair climbing and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Normal range of eyesight and hearing.
