About the Role:

United Cerebral Palsy of Oregon & SW Washington is seeking a Weekend Supported Living Specialist to join our team. As a Weekend Supported Living Specialist, you will work one-on-one with adults who experience developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany individuals to community activities, such as shopping and social events
  • Document progress and provide feedback to team members and supervisors

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to pass a physical with a lifting test of 50lbs and a criminal history background check
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Benefits:

  • $20.52 per hour
  • Annual wage increase based on satisfactory performance
  • Paid sick leave
  • Holiday pay (double pay for the first 12 hours of any Agency holiday shift that you work)
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Partial cell phone reimbursement ($10 per month)
